A Tidbit on my Blog

I recently sat for an interview and among other things, I spoke to the interviewer about my interest in writing. I mentioned about my blog and that got him really interested. He later questioned if I made money through my blog. I said no, citing that I blog for other reasons. But he wasn't satisfied with my answer, and probed further. I told him that I feel happy to find out that my readers feel uplifted and more positive after reading my blog posts and that in itself is a big incentive for me to blog. I don't know if he was satisfied with my response or not, but I am glad that I clarified that I'm not into this for monetary benefits. There are certain things that few people can understand.
